Greg was injured before his 2nd tour while in pre-deployment phase; he was involved in a motorcycle accident.
Injuries: TBI, Fore Quarter Left Arm Amputation, lung damage, right hand dislocation, cardiac contusion and numerous other injuries and complications.

Greg went through 1 ½ years of rehabilitation at the Boston VA Healthcare System relearning how to speak, walk & feed himself as well as other personal care activities. He focused his out-patient treatment on physical, occupational & speech therapy and was very active in the VA adaptive sports programs interacting with other injured veterans.
“It was in these clinics where I began to realize my life was not over. Depression was a silent killer but being actively involved in Summer and Winter clinics helped me cope with my hardships. Sports have been very monumental in my recovery. They allow me to still live a positive and active lifestyle in my new normal,” said Greg Reynolds.
Greg is an active and original member of the Wounded Warrior Amputee Softball Team travelling throughout the U.S. showing Americans the resilience of our injured Service members. Their team motto is “LIFE WITHOUT A LIMB IS LIMITLESS”
